Research on the Current Situation of Ideological and Political Courses in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of the “Great Ideological and Political Course”

Abstract
Ideological and political education is an important task in China’s current education system. How to create high-quality ideological and political education courses and meet the needs of students and social development in the new era has been constantly explored and studied by educators for a long time. From the perspective of the “Great Ideological and Political Course”, colleges and universities should promote the transformation of teaching methods, construct a collaborative education system for ideological and political education, and improve the effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities with high-quality teaching resources and teaching teams. However, based on actual teaching observations, it has been found that there are always many deficiencies in the ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, which affect the value of the “Great Ideological and Political Course” system. Therefore, in this paper, the concept and application value of the “Great Ideological and Political Course” were briefly outlined, the implementation status and potential problems of the ideological and political courses in colleges and universities were proposed, and the innovative strategies for the ideological and political courses in colleges and universities were discussed in combination with teaching practice, aiming to provide references for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
