Research on the Path of Teachers' Conscious Growth in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Educators' Spirit

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to explore how the spirit of educators leads the conscious growth of vocational college teachers, and put forward the path to realize it. Through literature analysis and current research, the paper finds that there are obstacles in the integration of educator spirit in vocational college teachers. In view of this, the three-dimensional path of "determination, morality and action" is proposed to help teachers overcome obstacles and realize their career ideal and life value. The innovation of this paper lies in the systematic analysis of the role of educator spirit in the growth of teachers, and puts forward the concrete implementation strategies.
